Come Alone, Leave With New Allies
We are thrilled to invite you to join us to our 8th workshop that will help you make connections while exploring the arts. Here is a brief description from our presenters:
Come alone; leave with new allies
Most of us were taught to succeed on our own. But the best ideas, results and relationships come from working well with other people, especially people who think differently than we do.
Play, laugh and practise skills you can use on a Monday morning.
Connect, Collaborate and Create
CONNECT Break the ice for real. Meet new people through improv and storytelling and learn to “sign in” to a room.
COLLABORATE See why we do better together. Play games that show how “Yes, and…” multiplies what a group can do.
CREATE See what becomes possible. Build stories, turn mistakes into insight and choose the mindset that opens doors.
You Will Walk Away Able To
Say “Yes, and…” to build on ideas instead of shooting them down. Listen with a real willingness to change your mind. Shift from Knower to Explorer when a conversation gets stuck. Turn mistakes into “mis-takes” you can learn from. Build quick trust with people outside your own team. Bring more play and creativity into serious work.
