Luba Goy 

Luba Goy is best known for her work with CBC TV’s comedy show Royal Canadian Air Farce, and is one of Canada’s most beloved comedic actors.

A graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada, she’s performed at the Stratford Festival, and her one woman play “Luba, Simply Luba”, which won a literary award in 2014.

She has worked in films, stage and animation voice-overs.

Luba has received many honours, including the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award, 15 ACTRA Awards, a Juno, a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame, a Gemini Humanitarian Award, two Honorary Doctorates, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award for Contribution to Culture, Comedy Hall of Fame and many awards from Canada’s Ukrainian community.

Luba Goy is known for her charity work and fundraising efforts.

Her love of music began by studying piano, accordion, and singing in choirs. Luba has performed with the Toronto Symphony- narrating various concerts.

With Air Farce, she did a series of concerts with many Symphonies across Canada and the Canadian Brass.
